Terms and conditions for shipments, cancellations and returns

Registration process

Registration on our website is reserved for people of legal age (18 years or older), and requires filling in the mandatory information on the registration form.

The user’s account is personal and non-transferable and contains true information. The user must ensure the confidentiality of their password, and SIM Chocolate is not liable for any damages resulting from improper or negligent use of the same.

Shipping policy

For all orders placed in the online shop for national delivery, the estimated time is 24 to 48 hours after dispatch of the order and costs €5.00. Free postage for orders over 75€.

For orders outside mainland Portugal, shipping costs are subject to consultation, so please contact us by email at encomendas@simchocolate.com or by calling +351 252 085 707.

During the festive season, these deadlines may be compromised.

Next day delivery is available for an extra fee, which may vary depending on the delivery location.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Thursday and an extra shipping fee may apply if no one is there to receive the order, which is then returned to the company.

Cancellations, Warranty and Returns

Without prejudice to the applicable legislation on guarantees for consumer goods and the rights recognized in the event of non-conformity of the product, the customer will not benefit from the right to freely terminate the contract entered into, given the nature of the products, namely because they are perishable and liable to deteriorate and/or quickly become out of date.

You cannot cancel or change your order, and in the event of unavailability and/or out of stock you will be informed of partial or total cancellation.

All items are securely packaged so as not to compromise their integrity. If the packaging is damaged on the outside, you must report this to the carrier at the time of delivery, also making reference to this on the proof of delivery document. You should contact us as soon as possible to report the damage.

SIM Chocolate declines all responsibility for damage or loss of goods.
